Returns


Due to the nature of our business and international shipping, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size selection.


We only accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

The product is damaged upon arrival

The wrong item was received

The product has a manufacturing defect


Reporting an Issue


To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

You must contact us within 8 days of delivery

Please provide:

Clear photos or videos of the product

Your order number


Requests submitted after 5 days will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a refund or replacement

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

No Return Required (If Applicable)


In certain cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned, depending on the situation.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If a return is approved, return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by us
