We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.
If your country is eligible, shipping options will be shown at checkout.

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination:
• United States: 7–15 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Charges

Tracking Information
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number
• Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays or fees imposed by customs authorities.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or unclaimed:
• We are not responsible for lost shipments
